Which plan fits me?
Start is for one site: a company page, a blog, a portfolio. A CPU core and 1–2 GB of memory, with 20 GB of storage and 30 GB of data transferred per month, carry a site that streams no video and stores no archive. Two databases and five mail addresses cover one site without padding the number. Backups are monthly and no domain is included, so it suits you best if you already hold the domain.
Business is for an online shop or a company site with visitors every day. The same resources as Start — one core and 1–2 GB — but more than double the storage and transfer, weekly backups, a free domain for the first year — yours to renew after that — and high support priority. If the site sells something, this is the one.
Premium is for five sites on a single account, with unlimited databases and mailboxes. It is the one plan where the resources themselves grow: 2 CPU cores and 3–4 GB of memory, with daily backups. It fits anyone running several projects, or hosting client sites and managing all of them from one place. Past ten sites, write to us about a custom plan.
Questions about payment
How is the amount in pounds worked out?
Prices are published in US dollars and converted to pounds at a single rate on the day you pay. We send you the amount in pounds before you transfer, so you know exactly what you are paying. The same rate applies to every customer, and it does not change between one payment method and another.
What happens if the exchange rate moves during my subscription?
Nothing. The rate is fixed on the day you pay and holds until the end of the period you paid for; it is recalculated at renewal only. A yearly subscription means the rate is fixed for a full year, however far it moves.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, at any time. The upgrade happens on the same account — no migration, no downtime — and we work out the difference for the time left on your current subscription. Write to us and we will do it.
What is the refund policy?
A full refund within 14 days of the subscription starting, on the hosting alone. A domain cannot be refunded once registered, because it is registered in your name and stays yours. The details are in the refund policy.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The plan price is all you pay, and activation and migration are free. The only charge outside it is reactivating an account after it was suspended for non-payment, which is $5.
What happens to the free domain after the first year?
The first year is included in the plan. After that the renewal is yours to pay, and the price depends on the extension and is set by the registrar, not by us. We tell you the price well before the renewal date so you can decide, and the domain stays registered in your name either way.
